About Me

This is my 39th trip around the sun and during my short time on this Earth I have truly experienced life to it's fullest! During that time, I have had 4 incredible and spirited children, driven busses, worked as a nurse, a home health aid for mentally and physically chanllenged, cooked and served delicious food and beverage!

My career as a professional massage therapist now, called on me at an early age. I used to "work" on my grandmother, simply by massaging her feet everyday. I also learned that I had a gift to help heal people seeking relief from pains from daily life. So I practiced this gift by giving away shoulder and back rubs.

I honed in on that gift by going to school and enhancing what I already knew. From there, I opened my practice Back in Motion Muscle Therapy, LLC. and it has been the best move I have ever made in any career.

I am rewarded everyday when clients leave my treatment room with smiles on their faces

and exclaiming they feel "lighter" or "taller" and "amazing"
